Eber Instruments Successfully Exhibits at the 26th Beijing Essen Welding and Cutting ExhibitionThe Beijing Essen Welding and Cutting Exhibition ("BEW" for short) is co-sponsored by the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, the Welding Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, the China Welding Association and other units. It is one of the world's famous welding exhibitions. The 26th session held recentlyThe Beijing Essen Welding and Cutting Exhibition opened grandly. As an invited exhibitor, Eber Instruments demonstrated several core products of electron beam welding machines.
The core component of our electron beam welding machines is the MICROBEAM: a unique 2 kW electron beam generator with precise electron beam control capabilities. High-precision control of the electron beam spot size, position and power can be optimized to obtain a very narrow process window, and the electron beam spot can be adjusted between 25 µm or more than 1 mm. • The electron gun with a tripole structure enables particularly precise control of the electron beam. A directly heated tungsten cathode (hair pin or ribbon filament) or LaB6 cathode is used to form an electron beam with axial symmetry and little cross-effect. • High-voltage power supply provides continuously adjustable voltage from 5 to 60 kV (minimum step size 20 V) and electron beam current from 15 µA to 33 mA (minimum step size 10 µA). Combined with pulse operating mode, the most demanding process window issues can be solved. FOCUS offers standard precision electron beam welding machines for a variety of welding tasks. All machines are equipped with MICROBEAM generators. Our MICROBEAM generators can also be purchased separately as a component to upgrade your existing electron beam welding machine.
