It can be applied to various material evaporation, such as Ag, Au, Al, Ni, Co, Fe, etc., as well as organic material evaporation. The evaporating material is placed in a W crucible, and the crucible is loaded onto a flag shaped sample holder. The upper end of the evaporation source allows for the swinging clamp mechanical arm or controller to pull out the flag shaped sample holder for quick in-situ replacement of the crucible.
The filling volume of the crucible is 0.5cc, and the cooling circulating water ensures that the film grows at a pressure below 10-9mbar. The evaporator is equipped with a manual baffle and a C-type thermocouple.
